Who We Are


Genesis Development is a private, 501(c)(3) not-for-profit rehabilitation organization that provides support for people with disabilities. Rehabilitation services are provided through continuing assessments and goal setting. These goals are intended to address the needs and desires of those receiving services.


New programs, new group homes, company and service expansion, maintaining over 30 homes and things just wearing out mean that we are constantly in need of something. Click Here to view our current needs.

Throughout Iowa we are providing services in the areas of residential, employment, mental health, crisis intervention, transitional living and more to nearly 3,000 people by more than 500 staff members.
